「The staff was excellent, very sweet and professional. Very attentive to guest needs. The room and facilities are clean, just a little worn down. The bathroom door and HVAC closet door in our room didn’t close/latch fully. It wasn’t a huge problem for us but some guests might not love that the bathroom door keeps popping open a bit. 「My husband and I really enjoyed everything about this place. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. My only complaint would be the elevators seemed to take a long time so we just took the stairs. There were 2 elevators but only one seemed to be working. Very safe quiet area. 」

「The hotel was perfect for our one night stay for a family event. It’s next to the mall and plenty of eating places in walking distances. Their pool is out of Order but we were able to go to Fairfield Inn that is literally 500 steps away. Great stay, tall African American guy with dreads checked us in and he was extremely helpful and polite. We will definitely stay here again. Nice area. 」

「We rolled in middle of the night, exhausted. Staff was super friendly, room was super clean & we slept like rocks. There was some construction happening & it didn’t bother us at all but staff was super apologetic. Would for sure stay again! 」
