"Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was excellent and a good variety. Room was clean and balcony big enough for sunbathing too. We loved the spa in the morning and beach club just across the road was the best fun! All pools were clean and safety was a priority. Plenty of activities for children and excellent entertainment in the evenings. There are gift shops, arcade and bars on site and swap shop at reception where we left sunscreen and kids items for the pool. Will definitely be back...

"The reception was good staff helpful, our room was up in the lift, ok with wheelchair, lots of space in the room, only let down was the bath with no grab rails, my husband couldn't climb into it, luckily we only stayed 1 night, i did mention it at check in no shower only rooms available. Liked the idea of a mini kitchenette. A nice walk down to the restaurants, but steep walking back up, good job my husband had his mobility scooter. "

"Not a 4 star hotel. Needs a good paint to tidy it up. Looks tired. Food was ok a little repetitive. All inclusive drinks were definitely weak. Had to queue for the bar every night. Rooms sparsely decorated with no where to put anything in the bathroom. Tea facilities in the room but no coffee. Not enough seating in bar area if not with children. Most of staff accommodating but outside bar lady needs a customer care course. "
