"We loved this hotel. It’s historic and beautiful. We had an amazing view of the city. We were a half block from the ice skating rink and beautiful tree. The staff were so helpful. The dining options at the hotel were fantastic. We will stay here again."

I would come back but I would ask for a different room. Hopefully it would be ready, I realize everyone deserves a break but when we pulled up two employees were on the side of the building smoking. Really not a big deal until our room wasn’t ready,
