"check in/out was easy and simple, my room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was minimal but adequate (some fruit and yogurt would have been appreciated, even just apples), the price was right."

"Such a beautiful place! We came here for a wedding and everything was in one place! The wedding ceremony was in a beautiful church that’s located in the property. The reception hall was also in the hotel property. The hotel room itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. Easy check-in and out process. Went to Five restaurant located at the lobby for breakfast and the food was amazing! This place was amazing and I would definitely visit again!"

"The only thing that I didn’t like was just how long it took for check-in, but there was a lot of people there so overall, it was a great experience. Oh, the one thing that really bothered me was the lockers in the waterpark"

"I’m in the hospitality industry and I experienced great staff interaction with great training on interacting with the guests. Your employee training is top notch! Well Done! One quick note - I was given two cookies at check-in and noticed during my 5 day stay a basket full of cookies throughout the day. I would help myself when I entered the hotel and saw the cookies in the basket. On day 4 of my stay a staff member asked me if I would like to put the cookie on my room. I was shocked & embarrassed! I truly did not realize they were for retail. Maybe just a card next to the basket or mentioned when giving the first cookie on check-in that they can be purchased for $3.00 a package? A very slight blemish on an incredible time at your hotel."
