"Extremely pleased with my stay at the lovely New Yorker! In town for shows at MSG and Broadway and the location was perfect—walkable! Appreciated feeling very safe with staff and security. My Only issue was there was not wifi connection in my room, so I was unable to research the city as needed on my phone or relax with television at night. "

Our room was not quite ready and we did not mind,the beautiful Erica provided us with a basket of goodies to apologise for our troubles.The grab and go breakfast was perfect. Loved the historical feel of the hotel and security was paramount. Quiet rooms, clean and brilliant locations. 30 sec walk to times square and staff informative. Cant wait to come back"
