"Awesome service at this boutique hotel. We accidentally dropped a diamond stud in the hotel room, which we only discovered once we’d boarded our flight home. We contacted the hotel and the staff found it on the floor and kept it in the safe for 2 months until we could have it collected. Honestly, they must have searched for ages to find it. Truely awesome service!!"
