「The room was very nice and surprisingly spacious. The check in staff was always very friendly and willing to help. While the hotel may seem like it's down a back alley, it's actually very walkable down to the corniche area and to numerous other amenities, like a grocery store and shops. The only issues I had with the property are not with the specific property but with Lebanon's infrastructure. 「The staff was amazing. Especially Youssef who checked us in. I made a mistake by booking the room for a single person. He pointed this out to me in a friendly way. I offered to pay for the extra person. Instead, he did not take any payment as we did not want breakfast. Instead, he double upgraded us to an executive room which was super spacious and nice. We had a lovely time in the hotel. The ABC is just opposite the hotel which is very handy.」
