"An AMAZING beautiful hotel conveniently located in prime area. The entire staff was POSITIVELY the best!!! I can not say enough good things about the entire staff. From the moment we stepped in to the lobby we were catered to as if we were Royalty. They were so accommodating and helpful. "We didn’t stay at the property although we had booked it. It was difficult to find and the signage once we did arrive to the correct place was not clear. On. Pointing this out to the owner he took great offence rather than accepting a little feedback. He accused us of not arriving on time, when no time had been agreed, yet we were there at 4:30pm when arrivals were from 3pm.
