Our host was so helpful in helping us arrange transportation and giving recommendations. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Be prepared to walk up steep stairs in case that is an issue for you. The location was an easy 1 mile walk to the town center

What a house!

A beautiful and impressive house with a friendly and welcoming host who had lots of interesting stories! We appreciated the complementary wine, continental breakfast and much needed umbrella! Our room was beautiful with a super comfy bed - highly recommend.

Our stay at this delightful bed and breakfast was very enjoyable. The room was clean and well appointed. The owner was so friendly and helpful. He served us a very nice breakfast as well! We were a bit confused about the parking and just where the villa was when we arrived. My phone took us to a slightly different place. I'd advise putting the actual address into your GPS rather than just the name. We used Uber and taxis a couple of times to get into Bath center. That was easy. And we enjoyed a nice walk into town along the canal as well. A unique and nice place to stay in Bath!

Un lugar único con mucha historia. Richard nos recibió y nos sentimos como en casa. Sin lugar a duda este lugar merece la pena hospedarte si visitas Bath. We loved this place and the delightful host, Richard. A beautiful 600 year old mansion with comfortable and well appointed facilities, a lovely breakfast and location that was an easy walk to the Roman baths and many wonderful eateries and shops in Bath! Would stay here again!

Richard was such an excellent host. Amenities were lovely and the art collection in the house alone was fun to look at. Parking was a definite challenge but I don’t think I would rent a car should I have an opportunity to come to UK again. We had a lovely stay!
