"Maintenance on the outside of the building is lacking. For example, there was peeling paint on the outside door of some of the rooms. The motel sign was torn-up, but that may have been due to a recent windstorm. The lobby was not open, so you pay through a window, which always suggests crime issues in the neighborhood. But the people were pleasant and took care of the business transaction with a smile. The inside of the room was clean and pleasant. Beds were firm. No issues with noise. ...

"Room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner recommendations for the area, so we found a great restaurant nearby. My only disappointments were the small, uncomfortable pillows on the bed and a hot tub that was more like a warm bath. I understand that the city does not allow for the temperature to be over 100, but would be best at 102."
