"What an awesome family little getaway at kartrite amazing patio for the kiddos to play right outside the place was so much fun so much to do the movie for the kids was great after water parks closed. Special shout out to Gloria front desk staff who checked me in when the room was ready I had an issue because I had cash not cards but she helped me and waited patiently for me to get the total funds available for payment she also granted me a small discount wow she really made it happen thank you "

"I really enjoyed this stay it was great. However, there were certain hairs on the shower floor. There was also candy wrappers under the couch along with a singular fruit gummy that we picked up so we would not be charged for that. Service and check in was really great though! Staff is nice! On the floor, there was a dealer who wasn't the friendliest. She was trying to smack hands away after saying no more bets placed. A simple “No more bets please” would have sufficed it wasn’t very considerate...

"I recently stayed at this hotel and while it was nice overall, there were several issues I encountered. The reservation didn't clearly state that early check-in required a $75 fee or a treatment booking. When we opted for treatments to avoid the fee, the therapist didn't show up. Our room's air conditioner was broken, making the first night uncomfortably hot. I requested a new room and asked about a balcony upgrade, but no accommodation was offered. They don't inform guests that housekeeping...

"This is a quaint, histoical hotel. I loved the real keys, the restaurant's atmosphere and the food was awesome. The toilet in our room kept running, but in fairness, i didn't inform anyone. I loved the artwork, the woodwork and the atmosphere of the hotel. I would stay there again "

"Very cute little cabins in an absolutely adorable town. The cabin had a front porch with a bedroom and a bathroom. Bathroom was completely remodeled and updated mattress was very comfortable. Needed more pillows. Check was friendly. I would absolutely stay there again."

"We stayed overnight following a concert at Bethal Woods. Morning coffee station would have been nice, we had to wait unti the dining room opened at 7:30am but a good overall experience. "
