「Propiedad muy limpia, bien presentada」

「The property was beautiful and rooms were clean. Upstairs stove was not working. AC good. No loud neighbors, just coqui frogs at night. Communication was very difficult. The manager prefers to use Whats App for communication and her english is patchy. They were slow to respond to concerns and when we were out of TP and papertowels we got no response on Whats app. Confusing to keep track of Whats app, texting and emails. Wish the colored lights on the outside of the building turned off at night....

「The property is gorgeous...The views from the restaurant as well as from my casita were breathtaking. I've never stayed somewhere so beautiful and serene. I loved the casita, the plunge pool, the room the bathroom, the tiny treats waiting in the casita, the bellman...EVERYTHING」

「Pros: Good location 3 minutes to the Montones beach, easy check in/out, air conditioned. Cons: No smoke or carbon monoxide detector. "According to the 2018 Puerto Rico Fire Code, smoke detectors are required in all residential occupancies (Group R) and must be installed in accordance with the International Fire Code (IFC) standards, meaning at least one smoke detector should be placed inside each bedroom, outside each sleeping area,"」

「Can’t wait until we can return for relaxation. Antonio the mánager was very helpful with excelent Service. We loved the suit. Didn’t really have good wifi but our recepción was real good either way. Wished we had a blow dryer, iron and ironing board but we made due. Great place to disconnect and just relax and read. Easy to access the parking and room. Me and my wife loved it. 」

「Room chair was old and stained. I put a towel on it to sit. The rest of the room was spotless though. Overall I found the staff to be very kind and helpful. Proximity to airport was key decision for me. Great coffee!!!! 」
