"Villa was good. Shower in one bedroom is a bit dangerous as it sprayed water on tile floor which was then very slippery. One of our group fell getting out of it. Bathrooms could use more light. washer and dryer unti were hard to figure out. Staff were very nice and helpful "

"Nice lodging units. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit. The exteriors looks amazing. The interiors are awesome. The kitchen had everything you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The pool looked amazing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Many people were in resort for long stay and repeated customers. They had their own restaurant but were not far away from downtown full of restaurants and shopping. "

"Great location close to everything. I only stayed one night but enjoyed the stay. The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was a bit basic with no other amenities than a kettle and some cups. The restaurant was great with lovely food and very nice staff. "I enjoyed my stay here at the Villa Doris. My suite was very clean and very well-maintained. The kitchen was nice with Miele appliances. The property is across the boardwalk that goes along the coast and made it very convenient to go for a scenic walk by the ocean. It’s also within 15-20 minutes walking distance to the old town. "Emergency family trip as my sister-in-law was in a near fatal car accident and was in Portimao hospital, so this property was ideal and close to the hospital for our stay. Very clean helpful staff, will definitely book again, in not so unfortunate circumstances."

"All was excellent, except for one check-in staff member who was bit clueless and robotic. The rooms are spacious and very good, breakfast is otherworldly great, and the location convenient. Overall experience was most charming, as the name implies. We loved it! Their breakfast is the best we had, after three weeks in a Portugal and Spain. "
