You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 400 per stay

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 5.50 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 17 years of age.

• A damage deposit of EUR 400 will be collected before check-in.

• Pet fee: EUR 25 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee for check-in between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM
• A late check-out fee will be charged
• Air conditioning fee: EUR 10 per night
• Kitchen/kitchenette fee: EUR 10 per day
• In-room microwave fee: EUR 10 per night
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 20 per bed, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
• Cleaning supplies fee: EUR 1 per day
• Towels fee: EUR 5 per person, per night (or guests may bring their own)
