"The hotel is clean and comfortable and although there were some hiccups here and there, the staff was very friendly, fast, efficient and full of empathy when we voiced out for help multiple times regardless of the time. They made sure that we felt well taken care of and that our concerns were valid and valued throughout the entire stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to revisit Desaru in the future! "

"Lots of activities to do there, nice swimming pools and plenty of food options. Unfortunately the lazy pool was closed. Food is convenient to eat but pricey. Complimentary breakfast has lots of food options but challenging to walk a far distance and a bit hot as it is outdoors. Walking to the beach is also a bit far compared to other hotels, about 200+ meters. Beach has convenient shower areas and toilets. "I like the fake creepers wrapped around pillars and covered the ceilings. Very nice touch. This time we got a very clean room with strong air-con. Breakfast buffet spread have a good variety and taste good but one let fown is the coffee. Need to improve the quality of the coffee. Service staff are very polite, cheerful and helpful."

"For one of the most expensive resort in Desaru, everything should be ready even with no reservations. High tea at 3-5pm and when I requested for high tea at 4:45pm the server rejected the request saying they have finished serving high tea. Quite a shame for a luxury hotel. Been to others luxurious resorts and never get this kind of request turned down. "
