"Right from the start the room was falling apart. 1. Fridge not working, 2. Hot water not working 3. Then the toilet broke and I was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. I checked out after three nights even though I had paid for seven. I was told that there would be no refund. Not even worth putting on Expedia. Don't book this place "

The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes. "

"Hotel was amazing in every way. Large well appointed rooms with beautiful views; large swimming pool resort feel; bars inside and out; delicious restaurant and 2 for 1 happy hour. Staff are outstanding! Recommend the breakfast buffet. Our stay was in the Executive Tower and it was fabulous!"
