"The staff deserve a special mention they make this hotel. All of them are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble.. Creven in the bar who we saw most days was always smiling and extremely well mannered. Liked ease of parking and leisure facilites the bar and restaurant were also great with sports showing and live music daily. Road noise and a fan like noise in the room even when air conditioning/ heating were off were not good and the hotel can't help this but slamming of room doors...
