Upon Checking in I was told that the room I reserved was not available. Upon receiving the “other” room provided, i wasn’t offered any accommodation. I was in town for work and needed to extend my stay one day. I asked the receptionist if I could remain in the same room, she said “just re-book online.”
I re-booked and afterwards, was told the room I booked “wouldn’t allow for me to remain in the room.”
So long story short, due to technical reasons, I had to relocate inconveniently, to another room on the 5th floor. My question is, if my original room was “given away”, why not just compensate by allowing me to remain in the same room in which I’ve paid for? I will NOT be returning to this hotel. Not the best neighborhood.
