I parked my car in the basement. In area they said was for handicap parking. It was not clearly marked. They said they tried to contact me while I was out with my team working. I never heard from them. So, the manager towed my car. I had to get a ride to the impound lot 45 minutes away. They charged me $1,250. Unbelievable. The hotel will lose a lot of potential income because I will not bring my team back to that place.

Every once in awhile you find that rare hotel thats just a gem. My kids and i hiked up a hill from the ferry all the way to this hotel and were just done by the time we got to this hotel ....check in was a breeze the hotel had drinks and snacks for free. The room was insanely gorgeous with a pull out couch. We were also able to hook into you tube to watch our favorite show. The only questionable thing was the pullout looked like its sheets had been used.

The hotel is basically a motel 6 without the vibrating beds. Super run down. Room smelled musty and smoky. Front desk staff extremely unhelpful and have no concept of the meaning of service. I will never return. Lots of vrbo options on Bainbridge that would Have to be better than this.
