"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "It's a really nice hotel and the breakfast selection was really good and the most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that I had was mostly with the cleaners they would constantly not provide towels or top up on tea bags or on one occasion the cleaner jammed the sink plug in the wash basin was left with water and did not inform their colleagues of the issue so this was left for me to have to alert reception of the issues. I was having to inform the reception desk of things...

"Good stay very nice for adults, decent kids club but not a lot of children at the resort. Boat club has very limited options(weather dependent). Very nice stay if you want to rest. "
