"Parking space is impossible for cars and street parking charging only 2 spots available for guests. No help from staff. Sent in circles in the rain and finally decided to find a different hotel for the night. Baguio is not for visitors who want to drive as there is no parking for the average person. Looks like tourists need to take taxi everywhere instead of driving. Never again will I visit."

"I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room.
