"Very convenient for the airport. Not much around the area if you are coming in late at night but that would be expected around an airport. We had a great view of the flightline but it was still very quiet. Their airport shuttle filled up quick, however, and we still had to take a Taxi. "

"Overall for my taste this is a great hotel even if the hotel is quite isolated. Nothing around only a walkable seven eleven. If ypu plan to stay for one night then yes i would strongly recommend. Overal both reataurants serve more european and american food then japonese food. Great comfort room with great amenities. More nights please plan your day accordingly due to the location. "The hotel staff are so welcoming, accomodating, and friendly ! They speak fluent english, and flexibility and advice are great! I had to extend my trip an extra 2 nights due to unfortunate circumstances, and they were happy to assist with my changes. The free beer hour is nice ! This is a perfect hotel for anyone traveling through tokyo. The pods are very spacious, wifi is fast and reliable, and it is located nicely where walking is easily accessible to see local hotspots. 100/10"

"Great location and just an escalator/elevator ride down to Hachiko Statue and the Shibuya station. Very close and walkable to all of the food, shops and subway, literally a 1 minute walk from everything. "My second stay within the week at this hotel was much improved. No issue with my reserved room and I was able to pre-select a preferred artist room. These rooms are not only original and artistic, but also more renovated. The view of Tokyo Tower and Mt Fuji was lovely. Quite a different experience staying in these rooms. "Very convenient touch down spot in Tokyo as the Shinagawa train station also has the bullet train for additional regional travel and the subway for around Tokyo sightseeing. Lots of choices for dining and the top storey bar has amazing view of Tokyo at night and is a great place to hang out. "

"The fact that you don’t have to pay for onsen because this hotel has one is a plus. Bathroom is clean and love the amenities. Make sure to look at the square footage of the room when booking. Some rooms with double beds are small and no closets. Luggages can be stored under the bed.The breakfast buffet is really good and there is also a restaurant in the hotel."

"An overall great hotel in many ways clean, godzilla on the roof, great staff who helped me out after locking myself out of my room twice. There is also plenty of restaurants on the ground level to choose from if you want a variety of foods and quick. Plus a 7-11 on the ground floor for midnight runs. While Shinjuku is great once it reaches the later hours of the night to early morning you will encounter a lot of people who are drunk or the local Nigerian touts trying to con you into going to a bar. Loved the actual hotel itself just watch out for seedy characters outside and do not accept any invite to go to a specific bar or location. I am giving an overall rating of 5 due to the hotel itself being great, just the area around is an issue only late at night."
