"Property’s very nice, clean and convenient/accessible to in & out of the area. Crew were very nice, accommodating, professional and respectful. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was that they don’t have free hotel to airport transfer and vice versa throughout the day. Though they have hotel to airport transfer during the regular checkout time, it would be awesome if they provide throughout the day especially at least during normal working hours."

"Great location. Right next to the train stop. 5 to 10 mins walk to the outlet. They have couple restaurants in the property. Love the free shuttle to the airport. "

"Clean and spacious enough for business trip. It is only blocks away from the main shopping district. Next to the city hall, which is closed after business hours, which means quiet. Got Uber easily in front of the hotel. "

"We only stayed 1 night to catch early flight from Kobe airport. While we chose the premier room so it’s a little more modern/updated, the hotel does seem a bit outdated. "

"It’s really convenient and close to the Rinku premium outlet. The room size is generous and we are able open our luggages easily "

"Friendly and polite staff at the reception. The hotel was close from subway and train stations and excellent access to places for sightseeing. The room was a bit small but very clean and safe. Great hotel for a budget traveller. "
