"Spacious room, Amarican standard, extra quilts and pillows are provided. Shuttle to the airport, small outlet mall across the foot bridge. Convenience store nearby. The best variety of breakfast of the 5 hotels we stayed in Japan. Staff are friendly. The only thing is that the air conditioning is old. Traffic below is loud if to keep the windows open at night. It is a nice hotel to stay, only 30 minutes from Dotonbori."

"Friendly and polite staff at the reception. The hotel was close from subway and train stations and excellent access to places for sightseeing. The room was a bit small but very clean and safe. Great hotel for a budget traveller. "

"Conveniently located within walking distance from JR Wakayama and in front of the bus station, hotel is well situated for travelling to other parts of Wakayama or within the city. Hotel is pretty old and rooms are small sized. Bathroom is pretty compact which is typical of Japanese hotels. Do not get a room near the lift as walls are thin and can hear the lift moving up and down. Rooms are actually quite dusty as there were visible dust balls on the tea packets.
