"The property and unit were clean and well maintained. The unit was as advertised, with close proximity to the Village, ample parking and access to free public transportation. "The property is a little dated but nice. Sheets were a miss-match of colors and designs. New white bed linens would be a great improvement! Property is listed as "air conditioned". There is one AC in the main room and it did not seam to work. No AC in bedrooms. Luckily the temperature outside was pretty cool at night, so we opened the windows. Location is fantastic.Building was very quiet."

"The property is lovely. We had a one bedroom which was small but nice. It is nicely appointed and the kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances. When I walked in the kitchen, I said where is the freezer? Betsy said no freezers in the one bedroom apartments. I said we are in the area for 3 weeks and I need a freezer for my food and I also need ice. Betsy, at the front desk was lovely. She took my freezer bag to the Westin Hotel and got a bucket of ice for me. The ac was not working...

"For a place to stay it is fine. Nothing fancy and rather small for the amount of people it accommodates. The shower in the master closet is extremely small. You can barely turn around in it. The appliances are nice and functional. The fireplace never worked, although you are instructed to be patient, we waited all night. Good place to stay, the community is old and a little weathered."

"W dry one at front desk was warm, welcoming and gracious. All had knowledge of the area and were delighted to assist if needed with pointers to make our stay exceptional. Drena was tops and Kyle the manager never stopped making sure the facility is great shape. Rooms are well decorated, spacious and quiet. "Experience was not great. The toilet broke every day for the first 3 days with the manager telling us we do not know how to flush the toilet correctly. Finally the right technician came in and fixed it with 1 day left on our stay. Room was 90 degrees with them telling us to turn down the t stat (which was turned off). Manager does not even have her vmail set up if that is any indication of how they run the hotel. "
