「The staff at this hotel were very kind and attentive. The town that the hotel is located in is very rundown, did not even have a café except for McDonald’s, and was very limited for shopping and restaurants. Obviously this is more to do with the area than the hotel itself. It’s a very old property but they have done their best to spruce it up but it definitely has not been renovated」

「Nice stay at the property, the rooms are huge… the wooden floors do creek a bit so you can hear people walking around but if you don’t mind that, it’s a pretty cool hotel, nicely decorated. 」

「The suite we stayed in was spacious. Maid service is only once weekly, but when we contacted them about getting additional toilet paper, they were very responsive. The queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. We were not able to get the TV in the bedroom to work. The sofa queen bed in the living room was all broken down. My husband had to put boards under the mattress to support it enough so he could use the bed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked.」

「The hotel room was comfortable and clean. I loved the music as I walked in and the shower and robes were lovely. The staff was friendly and it was so convenient to have a restaurant on property. The coffee was also good! I loved that it was served until midnight - a nice touch for writers. 」

「The Constance is so cute! We loved the aesthetic of the building and its proximity to town. We were able to walk to dinner, and Lenox is full of great food spots. The room itself was a great size, with beautiful green walls and old wooden furniture. The shower was to die for and I loved how they had Roku set up in the hotel room where you can sign into your own accounts and they would wipe your account from the tv when you left.
