「We Love courtyard hotels. Check staff was super friendly and help full. However at check out we waited over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. There was no one at the desk. When they attendant returned after someone got her she barely said 2 words to us and had a horrible attitude. 」

「Pam and Dallas were incredibly welcoming and kind. Check-in with Pam was easy as can be and a couple of accommodation requests that we had (a bucket of ise for champagne, and a couple decks of cards) were promptly delivered tom our room by Dallas. Our room was neat, warm, and cozy. Exactly what we needed on a late January trip. Pam's breakfast was incredible, featuring eggs Florentine, sausage, mixed berried and yogurt, and the most amazing orange muffins. We will definitively be coming back...

「We had a great stay! The staff was friendly. I was shocked to receive a call from the hotel after we checked out, my daughter had left an pair of wireless headphones on her bed. They called me and let me know, and we were able to pick them up. We will always pick this location next time we are in York. 」

「We have stayed here several times when visiting relatives in the area. The owners,Tim and Susan, are always friendly and extremely accommodating. Every room we’ve had has been clean and very comfortable. And I must add the breakfast entrees, fresh pastries, and fruit served each morning are delicious! 」

「I wish I took photos of the place, but it's lovely. My friends and I loved it. I would come back here again. They have a cute little dog named Buttercup. Definitely the highlight of the manor!」

「Never been to a Tru before, but based on my experience in this hotel, I will book Tru in other townes. If you sleep light, you may bring earplugs with you, due to the traffic outside the hotel (gasstation).」

「The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.」
