Staff was friendly. The only downside was on our last morning as we were preparing to leave, to checkout, and to attend a meeting the lights in the bathroom went out and wouldn't come back on. We showered in the dark and had no bathroom lights at all to get ready by.

This is a fair price hotel with high quality standards. I appreciated the staff for their attention to cleanliness and good breakfast options. Shout out to the lady that runs the breakfast kitchen.

Some staff members were very rude and didn’t know how to smile. Did not clean the room from over a week. I see people had to put trash on the hallway. Take in pets and had dogs barking at night. On the other hand, the breakfast was very good. The facility is very nice. It is a waste of the good facilities with low quality staff service.

Room was not clean. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came. We had to go to front desk for toilet paper and essentials. Most outlets in room did not work. Breakfast was the worse I’ve ever experienced. Elevators were very unsafe.

Our entire floor smelled like cigarettes and cat litter. Not the whole hotel, just our hallway. The cable was out the whole weekend. Staff were really nice, especially the sweet lady who helped with breakfast.
