We stayed a little over a week. The apartment was set about 3 miles out of the center of the city, or about 6 metro stops. It was very clean with comfy beds. Having two bedrooms is a must for our family. For a family of 3, it was wonderful to have a washer provided in the unit. The metro and bus stops are a short distance away, which is what we used during our time. The Blue line is the main metro line that runs from the airport all the way to Piraeus for the ferry’s. The best part was that the neighborhood was quiet and completely safe. There was a lovely welcome treat and they even can and cleaned, changed out the linen, provide more toiletries. We will definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at this location 2x on a layover in Athens. We love that it's located close to Rafina port and close to the airport. It's a family-friendly neighborhood with a quaint town square with restaurant options within a 5-10min walk. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for another great stay!

Tight space, but new and clean
The residency/apartment was clean and new. It is tough to stop and drop off luggage at the entrance, an inherent problem of the congested residential area. We were expecting two beds, as was indicated at the reservation. There was only one double bed in a very tight bedroom. One of us (not a couple) slept on the couch. It is fine for a couple who need a "pied-à-terre" for a night or two. The terrace was a plus.

The apartment is nice, very well equipped and well maintained. The location is good, in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. There were 2 cons: The bathroom and toilet are very small, people who are not thin will not fill comfortable there, and the internet connection was slow.

I loved my stay at this property. Super comfortable with a living area and well appointed kitchen. Decoration is very nice and the coffee maker was a nice detail. I arrived earlier than check-in time and Maria went out of her way to have my room ready so I could enter the property sooner. Located in a residential area but close to the Holargos metro station, where you can find restaurants and bars to eat or share with the local culture. We are a family of 5 (3 children 6, 8 & 9) and we needed a place to stay prior to flying out of Athens. We chose this place as it's <25mins to the airport, and it would fit us. We were barely there for 18hrs but we found a charming square within 5 blocks and had a great dinner in the area. The building was new, the balcony was spacious and quiet, and communication / apartment access was a breeze. Thanks so much!
