"A very modern hotel reminiscent of Dubai however was more like a mausoleum, very few guests and many staff! Dining was limited to a restaurant on the 9th floor where food was bland and expensive or the ground floor lobby bar where the food was interesting....how can you not cook a burger or Chicken Kiev correctly? Rooms were so hot set at 28C complained 3 times and told they were winter settings and couldnt be altered!"

Bus no. 21 from Almaty 2 Train Station just stop on the opposite of the hostel (the entrance was on the back side of the building) and bus no. 12 to/from airport stop beside the Keruen City Mall. "
