The room was clean and bed very comfortable, these were the pros. The cons were no shampoo in the bathroom and the bath towels were extremely old and worn with a “bald spot” an area you could see through. The night lamps on each side of the bed were inoperable. Lastly the Coffee convenience tray had one cup that the protective wrapper was missing and...

"This was very convenient to places to eat and the arena in downtown Asheville. Beds were very comfortable and I even love the toiletries supplied by the hotel. Highly recommend it! The only thing I noticed was the hallway carpet was old. That is an easy fix and I keep hoping hotels stop using carpet as they are very hard and time consuming to keep clean."
