The hotel was lovely. It was worth it. You can tell they did a great job in re doing the hotel. The only thing I didn't care for was the water pressure wasn't that great. However as long they keep the hotel up I would revisit it and highly recommend this property.

Just a simple stay over, walls are paper thin, can hear entire conversations of neighbor on the phone, had to call front desk about the other neighbor with tv blasting through the walls. Shower is very clean, shower no pressure.

This must have been a newly opened hotel because it had that fresh new smell. The room was huge, the bathroom well lit and large, the beds very comfortable to sleep in. Most hotels the beds look nice, but usually disappointing. The common theme of this trip was all three hotels had great beds to sleep in.

It was very clean and comfortable. Great Fitness Center, too bad the pool was not open yet. Not the best tile workmanship but it was actually better than many other hotels we have stayed in lately. We checked in at 9pm. The neighboring room had two people that were talking at a normal volume and we could hear each word distinctly. Yes, we should have asked to switch rooms right then but figured they would be asleep soon enough. The TV in their room was on at 10 pm when we went to sleep. It stayed in until 4:55 am. Heard every single word from the car commercials and whatever they were watching. I could not fault the people. The television was not loud and they should be able to talk and watch TV, such as they did, without the room next store hearing it all including coughing and snoring once they finally slept (early morning). I talked to a very sympathetic team at the front desk who shared they hear this complaint “all the time”. The building was supposedly rushed in completion and corners were cut so that the owners of this franchise could start making their money. In fact, the pool isn’t even completed. The front desk could not offer me a refund because I booked through Expedia. I will take this up with them but something for all of us to be aware of. Are you listening Expedia? Bleh……..

Made reservations 2 weeks in advance. Drove up to the property. It's still under construction! Not even open! Graduation weekend and we had to scramble to find something else. Called Expedia and they said they needed to speak to someone at the hotel to verify they aren't open! Absolutely horrible experience. NO REFUND. Will never use Expedia again.

Very Disappointed

The hotel was new we were only the 8th guests to stay. We were very disappointed because when we checked in we were told there was hot breakfast and the next morning we were told they had nothing because they hadnt been inspected yet. And the pool was not ready. Also the frig and microwave was not plugged in we had to move the heavy stand to plug them in. One if the out lets werent working the worst part was that the walls are paper thin we could hear EVERYTHING pur neighbors were doing. Very disappointed and feel we should get a coupon for a free stay or something to a different location.
