"Well located and convenient"

"Trip was to see the sights and go to Cubs game. Met a friend who helped me get to the events. Stayed on Floor 18 nice room great bathroom but I would add a bar to hold on to in and out of shower b/c slip and slick could break a hip. Loved the breakfast and cocktails in the lounge Thanks THH"

"I really enjoyed my 10 day stay here. Pros: The walkability to shops, restaurants and attractions is great. I was in a suite on the 22nd floor with a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. Quick elevators. The layout of the suite. The Hilton Honors WiFi was reliable for Discord calls and moderate gaming. Room was clean and daily service reliable. Pool and exercise areas on the top floor were a real plus. Ample towels in room and at pool provided. Curtains block light well. Good climate control. Amazing...

"It’s an old building so it was a bit loud - easy to hear other guests Also, the towels are old and thin - for this type of property I would definitely recommend new, thicker towels. The poor quality towels seemed cheap."

"Location was great, easy access to so many things. We walked everywhere, did shows, tours, all a quick walk. We had a corner King Suite and it was great, all windows, great views. Amenities were all great but a pool/hot tub might have been nice. It is loud since downtown. Lots of sirens, horns, but still slept great overall. Would stay again. "

"The hotel was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. It was very classy and clean. We loved having the pool which had a great view all around. The staff were very friendly and the Liberty Tavern restaurant had delicious food and drinks. The room was very clean and specious with a great view on the 10th floor. We didn’t use it, but as avid gym goers, we thought the fitness center had a lot to offer."
