"This is a 1896 home complete with furnishings appropriate to the time only a few blocks off 355 in lovely neighborhood. Everything worked, bed was comfortable, room was large even spacious. Bathroom was cramped, but adequate. Breakfast was continental traditional, but with cereal milk, good bread and yogurt, one can consume sufficient protein for the morning activities. We will no doubt return on our next trip to DC. "

"We so enjoyed staying at this inn. We didn’t know it was in a country club with access to several of the amenities of the club. The room was beautiful, the innkeeper was very accommodating and any of the staff we ran into were lovely. A short drive to the closest metro station, we spent a day in DC, & the 2nd day in the rolling hills of northern VA in wine country where we had good wines & enjoyed a lovely dinner at a recommend spot. We would stay here again. "

"We were in town to support a family member having surgery at Walter Reed. Price per night with a kitchen is beyond reasonable considering the money saved being able to cook your own meals. Only downfall of our unit was the sofa, it was extremely uncomfortable."

"Loved the location and property was pretty, modern, clean and easy parking. Gym was great, but pool was not clean so could not use. Full Kitchen was great to have and mostly stocked. My cons are not many. For the money it would have been nice to have a kitchen towel and more than one kitchen trash bag. Last was poor communication when I wanted to extend my stay, tried through call, text and email and was able to get any response."
