"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"Good place to stay if your'e on a budget and want to be quite central in Lugano. You have a small balcony with the view of concrete walls. Sleeping in the sofa/bed works but of course not the best. If you are on the heavier side, you will feel the steel pipes on your back. Internet via Wifi did not work at all, sent a mail to the owner the same day I arrived, three days later still not working, however 5G worked really good, I had over 300 Mbit over 5G. "Lovely roomy property with excellent views. Lovely outdoor patio's. We had a nice, quiet and tranquil stay. Although the building itself is not very noise proof. So I can imagine that if you've got noisy neighbours it won't be so quiet. The town with supermarket and restaurants is within walking distance. The ping-pong bats are pretty worn and could do with replacing. It was very hot in the apartment and we couldn't find a thermostat to turn the temperature down. It cools down quite quickly...
