Rooms were spacious, and location was close enough to Hakata station (approximately 10 minutes walk). The unmanned element meant you might need to figure out the procedures a little, but there will be instructions provided."

"Excellent communication instructions ahead of arrival and we are fully aware of what to expect with the unmanned hotel check in. The place is unclean - the elevator is fully of dust on the wall and you can smell the old dusty smell. The cleaner ladies obviously sees it everyday and choose to ignore it as it’s the exact same for the 4 nights we stayed. The bathroom has lots of water stains, several strands of hair, the sink has an oil film glare, sofa seats are covered in brown stains. The...
