Nice place with all the comfort and amenities available. Walking distance to Asahikawa Station and many shops all around the area. Allowed us to store our luggages before and after our stay. Friendly staff greeted us. Complimentary coffee machine at the reception floor. Overall happy with the rooms and their service.

自社駐車場が5台分しかないそうで、契約駐車場もなく、自分で探して駐車場を確保してくれと言われました慣れない場所で一晩車を止めるパーキングを探すのがちょっと大変でした

建物入り口からタバコの匂いがします。禁煙室を予約したのにタバコの匂いがしました。部屋は清潔で、連泊で清掃不要にしましたがタオルなどはわざわざ新しいものを届けてくれました。フロント対応は問題ありませんでした。
