"I was not informed on parking procedures and that a parking fee was involved i had to drive around and locate a place to park so i could call someone to assist me on where to enter the property witch had all the entries blocked, in my opinon it is very challenging to operate a vehicle around california."

"This seemed like a very nice spacious room with a fireplace and updated inside. The staff is very nice, but they are not always at the front desk or available by phone."

"Property a little old but very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and complete. Beds comfortable, pillows a little old but comfortable. Clean. Very good option for the price and super convenient if you are looking for a place close to the Ontario Convention Center. Steps to the Convention Center. Also very close to restaurants. "

"The television was out due to the rains. They did comp the two movies we rented. The staff were all polite and nice enough. The issue was more about how under staffed they seemed. Little things like not being able to reach the front desk, coffee maker not changed etc etc All thing that probably would not have been an issue if there were a few extra staff . Can't really complain about the television although that is a nightmare for those of us who can't fall asleep without one--but that was not...
