"Apparently my "host" did not properly ensure reservation and when managemenr from the hotel called- he did not go out of his way to makw sure i had a room!!! I had to pay for my own separate reservation out of pocket. The management qas understanding and gave me a room upgrade for the same price-NOT through expedia. I was told i also have to call expedia for my refund. As i tried to handle it through the a.i. chat, looks like i will have to call. "

"Plenty of space in this 3-bedroom townhouse. Close to Universal Studios but away from the congestion. Clean and comfortable- only negative was the traffic noise as this unit bordered the multi-lane Universal Blvd. "

"Our family felt right at home at the Mermaid Villa. Owners were super responsive and provided extras like Keurig cups and creamers, as well as safety features like a child fence for the pool and a coast guard approved life jacket for our young grandson. Additionally there was a high chair and a crib! The furnishings and decorations were absolutely gorgeous. Our family of seven had plenty of room in this four-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home.
