"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. "Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! Excellent hotel with caring staff

"Hotel is very nice and has plenty of amenities. Pool, sauna and spa area are clean, well kept and relaxing. The rooms are fantastic- extra blankets, boot tray for snow boots, and heated bathroom floors. The hotel staff is attentive- when my husband fell ill, Dennis the night manager, went above and beyond to secure a local doctor, taxi transport and help us in our time of need. "
