"It was a perfect stay for us. Room was huge. My husband caught a bad flu on the second night so we had to stay indoor for the following day, and I felt extremely lucky we stayed here as the room was big enough to offer the comfort we needed. The hotel staff was extremely professional and friendly. They lend us themometer and helped to call the 24 hours drug store and booked taxi for me upon my requests. Overall stay was very pleasant and highly recommended!"

"Everything was great, but the only hangup is the laundry service where you have to bring your bag of dirty laundry down to the reception for cleaning and pick it up from there as well. Found it very strange as I’ve never had to do this is any hotel I’ve ever stayed in worldwide!"

"I left my luggage with the reception when I had to make a 2-day trip to Tokyo. When I returned to Nagoya and checked in again, the staff used their initiative to transfer my luggage to my newly assigned room. This was much appreciated because I checked in near midnight and was carrying some luggage from my Tokyo trip. "
