"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"Go to Disneyland Paris got there a day early so we need a place to stay. Two draw backs first no one was around until 5:00pm this is like a Bed And Breakfast not a hotel. Second we stayed in main suite in the main house great room! Tub Shower awful hard to get into hard to use if your over 60 don’t try. Over all we loved the place and the family was super friendly. We left very early to take train to Paris so not sure about food. "

"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. "The property was amazing. It was so clean and tidy. The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! The only issue is with limited transportation! There is a bus stop right next to the property but the bus timings are only half an hour once during day times and 1 hour once during the night! "The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. "I never actually got to stay there, granted I didn't see the small print that said I had to ring 24 hours before but when I got to the Apartment block and rang the number provided the person only spoke French and then the call was ended. Attempts were made to ring back but it went to voice mail. In the end I had to book in a Budget Hotel for three nights which was more then adequate"

"We very much enjoyed our stay with Ms. Aline! At check in, she provides a key that opens and closes the front gate as well as locks the room door. She also provided fresh-baked croissants and baguettes each morning (delicious)! She keeps the kitchen stocked with coffee and seems to take very good care of her property and her guests. The beds are comfortable as well. The back of the property is an open lawn with a play set for children. We will definitely visit again when we are back in the area!"

"Travelling to and from metro to the property is not safe at night. there is a square where a few group people watching you when ever you pass that area. therefore we tried to come home before night and not travel at night. due to this I have to booked a night at van de Europa to watch the fire works at the Disneyland. it is cost extra for us when we are thought we can travel from our property. "

"Stephane and Cecile of l’Atelier sur Seine are unmatched. They’re the best hosts you could have ever wished for. Their customer service and support are impeccable. Staphane never failed to check on us and asked for ways to make our stay better. It has been 2 weeks since my husband and I left l’Atelier sur Seine and I still think about the scenic view from our balcony, the charm of the place and the friendliness of the hosts. "
