Unfortunately this beach was closed, still under repair from hurricane damage. Boardwalk looked amazing.

3/4 of a mile paddle from islamorada. There are still ruins and one grave with historic markers from the early settlements of Indians, spanish and american ship wreckers. The island is accessible by paddling or boat.
