"This place is a hotel without reception desk but all the self check in instructions are written very clearly. Definitely a hidden gem in old port Montreal, close to everywhere. Room is lovely with many amenities, I've been to Marriott and Hilton and this place is no different quality wise. The only thing is parking during events can be super difficult, but there is this underground parking called Complexe Chaussegros-de-Léry that was $20 for 24hr, and maybe 3-4 min walk from the hotel. "

"The rooms were nice but there was a few issues of drug addicts in the entry way. There was a baggage/ maintenance man who watched us struggle with bags in the elevator which was only the width of a baggage cart. Many areas of the hotel well empty half ripped up and needed repair . Def not what was advertised or expected for the price. "

"Staff was kind and helpful from the moment we got there until the time we left. Hotel is in a great location you can walk everywhere, lots of restaurants too. If you do need to take the Metro it’s like a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Room, gym area and pool are all very clean as well. "

"Modern nice room - the value here was phenomenal - Amazing for the price - nice lobby kitchen area - I Didn’t use the gym - lots of nice baked goods bagels/croissants for continental breakfast - My only complaint is I did hear doors opening and closing in the morning - I find this with most hotels however"

"Stayed for 3 nights. Great hotel and facilities. Pool and hot tub were fun to use. Gym is excellent and large. All staff were helpful and friendly. We used the concierge service to bring luggage up to room. The only complaint is the difficulty in pulling up to hotel. There is cars everywhere which makes it difficult and stressful checking in and unloading and loading vehicle."
