「room was a bit cold but in general it is a very clean and comfortable hotel, receptionist lady was very helpful, good experience overall」

「Very friendly and welcoming staff at the reception and overall in the hotel. The hotel itself is looking new and in good condition. The hotel location is just perfect because of nearby shopping mall etc. Two notes from my side: 1.I am just wondering why here are so much non-local and only englisch speaking workers in the restaurant. (Most of the local staff speaks English, Moldawian, Russian and other languages). 2. Note to hotels.com. For some reasons I couldn't book the room with breakfast...

「We read the reviews for the property and we were exited. Upon check-in we given room 401 ( third floor, no lift) first thing we noticed is the sewage smell from the bathroom, and one of the lights didn't work as well the TV, the room was the size of a single room, and a tiny window on the top that you couldn't look through it, the curtain didn't cover it fully and the light came very early, so we woke up very early, the size of the bathroom was very small, and the shower head was on the wrong...

「Siamo arrivati in un periodo molto freddo ,ma l'hotel era caldo e accogliente in quanto tutto il pavimento dell'hotel si riscalda. Le lenziola e gli asciugamani sono puliti e profumano. Il personale era molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Il parccheggio di fronte lho sempre trovato libero ,nonostante si trovi in centro di Chisinau. Ogni mattina per chi beve caffé all'ingresso ce una macchina da caffe dove ci si può preparare il caffe gratuitamente.」
