We enjoyed our stay very much. Rooms are really tight with little room to store suitcases and clothing. Very convenient lovely location and very friendly staff.

The room was nice, our wifi stopped working for 2 days they were nice and gave us a refund. the air conditioner made a sound all night and it was still pretty cold having it all the way turned up. It’s not super close to the train station and not much to eat around but there is shopping. Overall it’s a decent place to stay

Spacious rooms, some wear and tear showing though, in a nice area, far enough out of the city center but transportation into the city is about a 6 minutes walk away. Excellent front desk staff, very kind and helpful. I don’t like the “let us know a day before if you want your room cleaned” rule as I always forgot or was too tired to go to front desk and request cleaning. Good shopping and cafes nearby. Overall 6.5/10. An okay stay.

The rooms are not what was advertised. The cleaning only on request makes this place poorly maintained. The staff were lovely but clearly set up to fail.

Great young, friendly and helpful staff. Great bed, AC and location in quiet and safe area. Minuses were that TV had no signal for a five night stay unless you had an account. Also, nice property but it is time to redo the floors in the rooms and update furnishings.

The only perk is the location. The rest of the space is not well maintained. My bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The hotel wifi didn’t reach to my downstairs room so I had to go up to the lobby when I needed to use it.

Beware. Bed bugs!!! Woke up the next morning with both arms covered in ugly itching red welts! Hotel needs to have staff inspect mattresses and bedding and to treat accordingly. Hotel is located in a lovely upscale neighborhood, so this was extremely unexpected.

Decent location, but the property is grungy and not well kept. For the amount being charged, it is not a good value. The room is really an attic, with bolted windows, and cramped. It seems that they’ve tried to fit in as many rooms as possible in a building, with no regard to asthetics, mobility or safety.
