"We stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold. There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well. Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy. Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)"

"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. "We came at 6:15 pm when confirmation letter said check-in is till 7 PM. NOBODY was there, reception locked with a sign OPEN. Tried to find anybody, no luck. Booked another hotel and went there. Need our money back. El Mul must let people know that they are a kibutz, not a hotel. That makes a slight difference. Other kibutzim are stating that in their title."

"Staff were amazing. Friendly & Helpful. Facilities are great and well cared for, clean and maintained. Food was excellent, great variety.
