"Was very bright & noisy outside at night - our maid took some money off the side which wasn’t meant for her - she came in & started cleaning before I had even departed & there were people living there closed season, one of them providing constant out of tune banjo playing & singing while we were round pool!! Other than that no complaints & the hotel receptionists were especially brilliant!! "

"This was a great option for our stay. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options. The Staff were very helpful and it was in a good location for exploring. Only downside was parking. There were some paved spots adjacent to the hotel but the overflow parking was behind and was basically a rough gravel area that needed some attention and clean up. Would stay again"

"Enjoyed our stay here. Some property issues (fridge broken but they replaced it the next month t, air conditioning unit leaking) but the room was nice and the pool very clean. Would have been difficult to get a sun lounger if it had been any fuller. Food on site was better than expected. Bizarrely wouldn’t give us two keys for the room which is odd when there is more than one of you and you might want to go off and do different things!"

"Rooms were nicely furnished, good blackout curtains, relatively spacious, nice balcony. Excellent breakfast! 2 minute ride to Latchi Harbour and also close to the Aphrodite Baths. We had many problems with the WiFi, and it is really that none of the TVs were "smart" (you cannot watch Netflix etc.). Kitchen had a fridge, oven, stove and kitchenware, but no microwave oven or dishwasher, which is a pitty. The indoor "heated" pool was barely heated, and the hot tub was maintained and was always off....

We were in the studio and it was very big - fully equipped kitchen, very comfy bed & couch and a good bathroom with shower plus a small balcony wirh furniture.. The apartment is on a busy road but you arent troubled by traffic - its between the Old Town and harbour so great location, and a 15 minute walk takes you to a huge mall. "Downtown Park was our first option to spend a week holiday in Paphos this past November. This aparthotel offers an amazing view to the sea, the UNESCO archaeological site, and the lighthouse. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and the communication was amazing. The only downside is the karaoke bar located in the bacjk of the hotel. The customers can get pretty loud in the evenings making your stay a bit uncomfortable, especially if you want to have a "quiet vacation"....

"The hotel was very welcoming with high standards of housekeeping, great buffet food offering, that was varied & themed. The deserts where a triumph. The staff where all great, courteous, smiley & warm. We would recommend any one to stay although we were out of season, swimming was available but we realise that using the pools may risk hypothermia due to the time of year. But great facilities"
