"The room was a great size and the air conditioning was appreciated. Location was good, close to train and old town. Not as sketchy as some have said, really wasnt an issue. The noise from the street was very loud at all hours. The bathroom smelled really horrible. And hoisekeeping left balls of hair on the floor. Overall though it was a fairly decent hotel. "

"Like other travelers, when we arrived for our stay we found that our room that had been booked for two people was only set up for one: 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 towel, etc. We called down to the front desk to get extras brought up, but never received them and ended up having to go down to the front desk to request the items a second time. Other than that the stay was pretty much what you’d expect from this level of hotel"

"The hotel is walkable from the Konstablerwache train station, and also able to walk all the way to Romer and even to Mainkai for cruise. The room is spacious and very clean. The hotel is near to shopping street My Zeil, thus, many choices for food and groceries shopping. Will stay here again if I visit Frankfurt in future. "

"Arrived at 7:00 am and was able to checkin to a different room for 10 euros! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bar is really nice. The rooms are cute with the best shower ever! Great location -close to Christmas markets and shopping mall! Easy to get to from airport by train too!"
