"Expedia promises things about this property that aren’t true, so I was disappointed with my stay. Expedia states it has a spa with free breakfast and a sauna. My purpose for my stay was to hike the Dolomites and I was looking forward to the spa and sauna after a long day of hiking. When I asked the owner how to get to the sauna she said that it’s an additional charge (more than I was willing to spend) and would take 1.5 hours to get ready. "The two biggest surprises were Viktor, their 3 day a week hiking guide, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were in planning our hikes and how to get there. "The property was very nice and secure. Breakfast was included and consisted of fresh croissants and meats, three varieties of each. Coffee, tea, bread and jams were in the room upon arrival. "B&B Dolomites Hut is a fantastic stay! Getting to the building by bus is very easy from the train station. The host and his wife are so nice and hospitable. Breakfast every morning to your liking and they are happy to provide any and all recommendations for activities in the area. The rooms are nice and the views from the balcony are amazing. I would recommend anyone of any age to stay here!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. "Staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions, help me with directions, making sure that I am happy and content traveling solo, finding me the best seat in the house, calling me a cab early in the morning, and encouraging me to face my fear of high and ride the cable car to the top of the mountain!
