"Nothing is upfront about this non refundable booking. Its unpleasant surprise after unpleasant surprise. No cell service, internet was down, no land line, fireplace disabled, no snow removal around the property (if you wanted to use any of the decks, you had to shovel 3 feet of snow) On and on, trust me, the night fee plus the cleaning fee equals a whole lot of disappointment "

"Great location in that it is walkable to everything on Main St. The hot tubs were really nice. Only issue was the room was a little warm and the thermostat didn’t really adjust. Luckily it was cool outside and we were able to open the window."
